This scroll saw looks just like a model 700 except the upper arm can pivot up.
I bought it in the mid 1980s; someone before me painted it and covered the model/serial which I understand may have been painted on. I added the belt guard and the casters. I have not been able to find this tilting arm model in any catalogs or other machinery photos. Does anyone know anything about this unusual version of the model 700 ?
