I upgraded from the General 480 8 inch to this beast. These are hard to find. I found it at a lumber store where they had bought out an estate from an older gentleman. Its in excellent condition and was hardly used, I cleaned it up a bit and in use now It runs flawlessly. I Love the smoothness of the way the fence and tables operate. I will remake the rolling base as bit of a trip hazard but rolls smooth for such a heavy machine
