just picked this up for a bargain off of craigslist. Came from a machine resale shop. Too small of a machine for the shop to deal with and gentleman wanted it gone. Will need repairs to cabinet! Some one needed more access to motor than door would provide???????????? Some JAMOKE cut the side sheet metal which stressed entire support system. (As is, the band saw barely stands!!) Base cracked as well during previous move from shop to shop. Rest of machine is in perfect shape. Came with a dozen un-used, still in wrapper, saw blades. Does anyone know of a good sheet metal fabricator in the Chicagoland area?? Will search Blog for info too. Will provide finish pictures when I get this done!
Just finished the restore and am selling this great machine...no apologies, very robust and beautiful to boot.
Significant upgrades made to blade guides!!!
