Craigslist find. The PO used it at a machine shop that contracted with Bell Helicopter over in Fort Worth. He bought it when the company was sold to a larger contractor. No idea of the orignal date however.

It's a 2HP, 1150 RPM, 3-Phase. The original magnetic starter and drum switch was replaced with a TECO FM50 VFD rated for 2HP.
