This machine was my grandfather's and has been restored to its current condition. It has a 1/2 HP Master Electric motor, which is original based on the information in the Delta catalogs. The motor is attached to a Delta flexible coupling, which is mated to a piece of shafting that is supported by 2 Delta shaft hangers. At some point, a previous owner must have altered the setup of this unit and switched the location of the lathe and the jointer (perhaps to allow for outboard turning?) and made new boards to allow for that setup; other than that this unit matches the specs from the Delta catalog exactly. Aside from a missing motor switch and a broken table saw blade guard, this unit is intact. If you have any information on this unit or have one like it, please let me know.
