I liked this lathe because of the Buck Rogers design. It fits my collection because of that, and it is the only lathe I have seen with a sharpening stone built into the headstock. Tecomaster was the house brand for T Eaton's stores in Canada, and available through their catalogue, which was a Canadian tradition. It seems to be in pretty good condition. The tool rest came with it but I forgot to attach it when I took the pictures. It came from Kijiji sale locally and I bought it on Nov 11,2014. I would love to know who manufactured it for Eaton's. If anybody has any evidence, please let me know. Edited Nov 16/14 Thanks to Jeff Joslin and Brian Kachadurian, we are now pretty sure that the maker is Magna Corp, makers of Shop Smith machines. These were also sold by Wards/Power-Kraft in USA.
