Purchased at a thrift shop (The New and Used Shop, in Canastota, NY - 3875 Seneca Turnpike if you want to visit), in October 2014 for $30 without a motor.

It was sitting outside in the rain and at first glance looked rusted solid. I actually passed it up 2 times before finally asking about it and agreeing on a price. It turned out not in fact rusted too badly - mostly just light surface rust on unpainted surfaces, and the quill travels up/down. It will still need a total refurb to make usable, but I don't think anything is ruined beyond repair.
