I restored this Baldor for a customer who has both bought off me and brought me vintage machines to restore. He purchased this used grinder off of eBay.
Took it all apart and gave it a through inside/outside cleaning...the arbor bearings were in excellent original condition spinning freely and quietly. Replace with a new toggle switch, a electrical cord was added with all new inside wiring connections. All metal parts were stripped down to bare metal, primed and painted in Awl Grip two part paint system. Grinder was set up with a grinding wheel on one side and a wire wheel/buffer on the other by owner.
Grinder has a 3450rmp 1/3-HP motor.
