I bought this from a local tool munger.They were using it to cut up old batteries.Saw was basically a basket case when I got it.Completely stripped,re-bondoed,repainted entire machine.Had new tires put on at Daly Saw.Also new 2hp single phase motor,and new switch,and Carter guides were installed.I still need to fashion a belt guard.Would like to find a original fence for it,but no luck yet.The only descriptive info i have is that they call this type a Mermaid Base.
