Found the Grinder/Belt Sander on eBay. Drove to Chicago to get the unit. It had a tendency to start very slowly and seemed to drag down somewhat when sanding. After reviewing some of the paper available on this site, found out that the grinders were shipped from the factory wired for 220V. I pulled the grinder off the stand and indeed, it was wired for 220v, WITH A 115 PLUG!, Just like my Delta Red Star radial arm saw when I bought it. A $9.00 NEMA plug was an easy fix. Now it will grind anything without any RPM loss.
