>>MOTOR<<
Montgomery Ward Blue Line General Utility ¼ HP electric motor.
1740 RPM, 5.0A, 110V, 60Hz, bronze bearings, ½"ø x 1" shaft with flat for pulley set screws, non-reversible.
This motor is very heavy and produces a lot of torque for its ¼ HP rating.
The bearings are in excellent condition for 80+ years old.

>>HISTORY<<
This motor came with a Craftsman 103.0502 jointer, that I purchased in 2006.
I disassembled the motor, cleaned out the interior and installed a new grounded power cord.
(The original power cord was cloth coated two wire.)
Brasso was used to clean and polish the brass tag.
The centrifugal switch is actuated by three weighted steel plates.
In 2008, I set-up the motor to run my Powr-Kraft 35TSW-2350A scroll saw.
In 2013, I sold the motor and scroll saw set-up to a fellow OWWMer.
