A lovely circa 1880's pattern makers lathe in the collection of OWWM member David Lamb. Cast "ROLLSTONE MACHINE CO. FITCHBURG MASS." on the legs. Note the bearing hangers which bear the name "S. W. PUTNAM' SONS FITCHBURG MASS". 11 foot bed, 76 inches between centers, and 28 inch swing over the bed.
