This saw was originally sold to the U.S Navy dept in Feb of 1941 and delivered to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This particular saw arbor is 1 1/8 " diameter . I am not sure if this is commmon to machines ordered by the goverment . The mannual I have shows that 1 inch is the common diameter. I purchased the saw from a machinery dealer in Pennslyvania. Not the original paint scheme that I can see. Came with mitre gauge and quadrant gauge. Type F Fence . Machine runs well sliding table makes crosscutting a dream .
