While going through a barn to pick up a drill press I noticed this tucked back into a corner covered with straw, bird dropping and who knows what else. I inquired about it and was told it came from a blacksmith shop. The PO said it was his understanding that besides metal work it was used to put metal studs on saddles and to attach metal plates with etched designs on saddles as well. I found it to be unique and interesting and asked if he would add it to our deal. He told me he had attempted to sell it several times but found no interest so he would be glad to move it out of his barn. I wasn't able to find much on this Mfg other than they produced metal working tools. Thanks to Jeff he shed a little more light on the manufacturer.

Update: Discovered another of these machines, complete with motor and ID badge which identified this as a Heavy Duty Brake Reliner and Grinder. The grinder, which is obviously missing here, would be mounted on a table which was positioned on the rear of the machine and above the motor mount. Original entry date was 6/25/14.
