I chanced upon the photos of this machine a year or so ago, and had them filed away for safe keeping. They show a Clark Machine company power hacksaw, the "Perfect no. 0". The saw was made in Merritton Ontario, a district in St. Catharines, in the Niagara region.
The saw looks to have had a modern motor attached at the back. As well, a cutting fluid pump is evident below the main gear. Looks to be a good quality tool.
(I do not own this saw.)
