This machine is thought to originally come from Cornell University. A carpenter who worked there bought it many years ago when they upgraded machinery. He died in 1979, and the lathe basically sat unused ever since. 220v single phase 1/2hp motor. Came with several face plates, MT drills, jacobs chucks of various sizes, spur centers and dead centers. This will make a great lathe for someone with single phase power only. 600-3600 rpm
