J. Sagar & Co IZ side by side chain and chisel mortiser, should be a belt drive model, but the driven shaft has been shortened and when i purchased it the machine was vee belt driven from a motor bolted to the side. Ball bearing machine in reasonable condition, although a couple of cast parts missing, and the hollow chisel / boring head bevel drive gears are badly worn and with a broken tooth.
