I responded to an add for a 24" Scroll Saw and this little combo was there as well. The PO told me no one had inquired about this so he ask me if I wanted it. Both tools belonged to his grandfather who did a lot of wood working. I had never heard of Parker-Allen but it is a neat little combo so what the heck I took it home. The stand top is heavy a gauge metal and the stand is of the type used on many Sears products. The sander is of very poor quality and does not work. The table saw probably works well for cross cuts but any mitering would be stretching it. The drill press is functional but of a lower end quality. I'll keep the DP for collection but not the remaining portions, other than the stand. This is the first photo entry of this manufacturer.
Motor: General Electric AC motor, 1/3hp, 1725rpm, model: 5KH35KG111, S/N NMA.
Chuck: 3/8 Jacobs, Model:6325.
Edit: After some review it is possible the Drill Press, which is close to being identical to the Craftsman (King-Seely) model 103.21720 may have been manufactured by that manufacturer and badged by Parker-Allen.
Original entry: 5/21/14.
