At a yard sale and was talking to seller about old machines he might have. He went into the barn and pulled out a rusty Hamilton Tool Co Sensitive Drill. I was familiar with it from OWWM discussions and knew Ray Muno had a similar one. Although motor was on machine, I opted to buy it without plugging it in, as wanted to de-rust and lube it first. Fellow who was selling it, said it was his Dad's favorite machine. Besides the Hamilton Tool Co badge, it also had a machine supplier badge from Cleveland Duplex Machinery Company.

Had to make a replacement belt. Read a post on OWWM about Robert Vaughan's suggestion to use 1/4" O Ring Chord and consulted with Ray Muno, who helped me understand how to splice and attach the chord with super glue (CA).

Have now used Hamilton Sensitive Drill for drilling holes and counter sinking small metal pieces that used for making vise replacement pads. Worked well.
