Automatic mortising machine that was originally setup for line shaft operation. Other than the name plate and badge, we don't know the true history of this machine. We suspect it is a Sydney machine that Osborne and Sexton rebuilt and resold at some point since it carries both the Sydney Famous diamond badge and the Osborne and Sexton nameplate. We purchased it years ago from a cabinet shop in Ohio. The machine had been converted to electric operation sometime in the 1950s we think.
