Purchased from a private party in Bellingham, WA. Machine belonged to N.T.S. Keyport, a US Naval facility at some point (purchased new by them I would assume). It had a severe mishap at some point; looks like it was dropped on it's face! Repair to the hand wheel and to both sides of the ways where the table slides. These repairs were done LONG ago. I replaced the bent 3/4" pin that the pedal lock mechanism rotates on. I figure it was bent in the same mishap but no body ever bothered to fix the sticky lock.
