Comments:
This lathe was found in up-state New York while vacationing in 1980. The lathe was owned by the Grandfather(who was a woodworker) of the person I purchased it from. Other than the fatigue factor the lathe is a joy to run. According to Kenneth Copes book there were no examples of this lathe found for entry for his book. I think what makes this lathe rare is that there were not many made due to lack of sales. Mr. Quackenbush claim to fame were air pistols and rifles.
