I found this cool little saw on CL for $60, the guy said in the add that it had no motor or stand, an issue for most folks but not a problem for me (I want to restore it). It seems all the parts are there and even the original paint. Wheels turn very true, bearings are smooth and quiet.
I'll add more and maybe better pics later.
Also can anyone tell me what the rectangular hole on the blade side of the column/frame is? I've noticed this same cutout in other sears band saws of this age range.
