This is my third old woodworking machine restoration. It’s a De Walt GP (12 inch) 2HP RAS, SN: 73242 which makes the year of manufacture 1949. This was the third RAS that I bought within a two week time period. When I decided it was time to find a RAS, I kept finding better restoration candidates.

I bought this saw from the son of the owner. His father had bought the saw second hand when it was about two years old. He built their home with it.
