I do not own this machine, but the owner was kind enough to send me these photos. This appears to be the pre-patent version of the M&M planer Molder, predecessor to the WIlliams & Hussey machines still made today. The patent belongs to Henry T. Moore of Greenfield, MA, and was issued in Dec. of 1951. The patented version was manufactured by M.S. Perkins in Keene, NH and then later (around 1954) by Williams & Hussey, then also of Keene.
