Machine was aquired from a relative of a friend who was clearing out an old factory in an inner melbourne suburb in 1977 for the cost of dismantling and delivery ($A100)rather than break it down for scrap, on the basis that it looked special and unusual and interesting! It had lain unused for many years, and previous ownwership has not yet been established.
