This unusual drill press was seen for sale on kijiji. The seller says there are no markings other than the numbers on the castings. There's a mark that looks like a remnant of a sticker on the base but apparently there's nothing readable.

This drill was originally under "Unknown Manufacturer", but in a discussion about this and other "bottle capper" style drill presses, owwm.org member flindippity identified the manufacturer and provided the catalog pictures shown below.
