I had made an offer on this a month ago and was declined so it was forgotten. Received a call yesterday and told I could come and pick it up. The PO, who collects and restores vintage motor cycles, had picked this up with a number of tools at a local barn auction. Nice little drill press. This model is represented in both the 1904 and 1912 Millers Falls catalogs. This particular model is similar to the model #20 which held a removable hand drill where the model #21 has a permanent drill press with 3-1 changeable speeds.
