Comments:
I believe this lathe has been in the family since it was originally purchased and that it was purchased at the same time as a Powr-Kraft jig-saw and belt sander which I also still have. It has not been set up to run since 64' except for a brief stint in the late 80’s. I finally put it in a permanent position to run at the start of 2014. The lathe is complete excepting a broken locking lever for the tailstock center. I cleaned it, replaced the bronze bushings for the headstock, and it’s ready to run. I can’t say that I’ve used it yet but I’m looking forward to not having to use my metal lathe for wood any more.
