This machine was in working condition when purchased, but it had a dreadfully nasty paint job (it appeared the previous owner had spray painted right over the dust and dirt). I had all parts sandblasted and then powder-coated at a local shop for $125. This was my first experience with powder-coating and I'm so happy with it that it will be my first choice for future restorations.
