Purchased March 2013 from son of the original owner. Saw spent its life in a father & son machine shop, eventually was put in a storage locker for about 10 years before it was sold to me. Although not very pretty, the saw was in good operating condition with nothing broken or missing. Machine always had regular maintenance, lubrication and oil changes(as well as all exposed surfaces being coated in oil due to its surroundings). The bearings were all fine after 75 years! The original owner added the upper red handles.(I like them. They are a big improvement over thumb screws and I painted the table handle to match them) I cleaned, re-assembled and adjusted everything before putting it to work again. Only the saw and stand were repainted(I sprayed the stand and brushed everything else). The motor was just cleaned, polished and waxed.
The saw photographs white and grey, but it is actually a very light grey and medium grey combination. I located a belt and pulley gaurd for the saw and added an aluminum work light that I found in a local yard sale. I will try to add a recent pic showing these improvements.
