This is not my press.
I spotted this some time ago on CL and knew it was not represented in the registry. Really nice lines on this press. It was gone before I could get any further information. The ad claimed it was manufactured by Astrup Co, Cleveland Ohio. The casting "10" on the side.

Edit: Thanks to Jeff it was determined that Astrup was a canvas and sail making company and not a tool manufacturer. This press was most likely used for installing metal grommets.
