Estate sale find. This table saw looks pretty rough, but should clean up well. Main top is 20" wide x 27.5" deep. Has two solid steel 7.5" wide extensions and a 19.75" wide open grilled style extension. From what I've read, the model 3170 refers to the fact it came from the factory with the two solid extensions. Blade adjustments work. Fence was frozen up, but a little lube and some tapping and it's back in business. The motor is a 1/2 hp B-Line motor that can run either 115 volt or 230 volt. The manual says hp should be 3/4 to 1 so this motor may need replacement. The front "Atlas" nameplate is missing as well as the mitre gauge. This will be restored next spring and put back to work - it will replace my modern Craftsman.
