This planer is on display at the Boshco Machine dealers in Billerica, MA. It was found by the current owners father (Raymond C. Boshco) many years ago. Photos were taken by me with permission from Randy Boshco, the son of Raymond. The discussion thread on OWWM can be found here:
http://owwm.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=131507. It was pointed out that the cutter head is likely on backward. It is not known what portions are original. There are many other photos available in the thread listed above.
