This is not my Drill Press. Spotted this on another website. (Garage Journal, entry by member zrx61)

[ADMIN NOTE: We are conjecturing that this DP was made by Tiger Tools Inc. However we know close to nothing about that company at this time, and nothing more about this line of DP's than what you see on the decals on the pulley guard, so the similar names might just be a coincidence. Hopefully we'll learn more over time.]
