I spotted this on the local Craigslist. It turned out a woman was helping her aunt clean out the house so they could sell it. Apparently the lathe belonged to her uncle. It had already been unbolted from the work bench, so after a quick negotiation, I loaded into the car and took it home. I built a quick stand for it to live on, and started turning wood right away.
