This saw was a Christmas gift from my parents in 1950 when I was 11 years old. The salesman warned my mother that I would likely cut off a finger. So far she was right, and I am determined to never prove her wrong. I wanted the saw to make Soap Box Derby cars. Ever since it has served well.
