I got this free from an old-timer years ago. I was buying some other machinery and he said he had something to give me if I wanted it. He opened the back of a van that had been sitting for at least 20 years and there it was, it bits and pieces.

I looked at the FE Wells PDF catalog and cannot find any model like this. Has a foot control that tilts the motor (might be the original motor)...speed control? Or just to change the belt?

I know nothing about this so if anyone has any info....please let me know. I think this may be a rare piece of machinery.
