I was given this jointer for free by a friend who was helping liquidate the assets of a friend who recently passed. There were no buyers and it was headed to scrap. It has been sitting outside for years but the spindle still spins easily. I guess that it was part of the woodworking shop at Sul Ross State University long ago. Funds for the school were approved in 1919 and first students enrolled in 1920. It has a 60" fence but no guard anymore. The 3-phase motor is disconnected and sitting on the outfeed table. It is missing the large crank wheel in back for adjusting the infeed table. I welcome any suggestions on cleaning it up.
