I saw an ad posted on a local website listing this saw for $50.00. I passed on purchasing it at that time however about 2 days later I saw that the ad had been edited indicating that the seller would give the saw to the next person who called and would come pick it up. I called the very nice lady and she told me to come get it. The only problem indicated was that the power switch would not turn off. On tear down I found that the switch box was full of sawdust causing a short so I cleaned the switch and it subsequently worked fine. I also found that one of the three installed table extensions one had been broken off so I only used 2 extensions on reassembly. I cleaned the saw / motor, painted it and installed new bearings. Purrs like a kitten and makes a very good cut.
