I saw this beauty on craigslist and had to have it. This was purchased new by the sellers grandfather and was passed down to his father then eventually him. The seller made the stand it sits on, not sure if the 1 HP motor is original. I do not know the year but I am guessing its an early machine based on the Serial No. of 837. Perhaps someone can weigh in on that. I need to sharpen the knives and it is missing the outfeed table knob, but other than that it is in fantastic condition and runs well. Eventually I plan on fabricating a dust chute to keep shavings away from the motor. I have a lot of vintage hand tools, but this is my first OWWM. Yes, I am hooked :-)
