Traded with a young man for a Parks #94 - he probably got the better end of the deal, but it fit the shop and I had another Parks. The counter uses a drum clutch rather than a loose and tight pulley arrangement. This counter shaft (along with most of the others in the shop) came from the Western Machine Tool Works building in Holland, MI.
