Picked this up on Craigslist, I liked the metal construction. It's missing the lock button on the handle, but it works as is. It's also missing the blade guard, which I think was made of plastic.
Very interesting is the belt on the inside. Not sure where to get another one of these, talk about a specialty belt!
Motor is 115 volts, 10.5 amps, 25-60 Hertz.
All in all, it runs well and is pretty solid and tight.
