there are no identifying names on the saw, but it is identical to the no. 1 bandsaw in the CHICAGO MACHINERY EXCHANGE catalog that is archived under the publication section for this manufacture. it also looks like the other two 36" bandsaws pictured on this site. the wood rim wheels were a option with this saw and are still in good shape. overall, the entire machine is in good condition with zero rust to deal with. it came out of a cabinet shop that was recently closed, but the dried grease/oil tells me it has not been used in a while. i do not plan on restoring this machine because of the good condition it is still in. all it needs is a vfd for the 2hp, 3 phase motor that came with it, and some guards for the wheels and blade, and then make some sawdust.
