I awoke to find an e-mail from owwmer stating that this is a "Columbia" Vertical Mill made in Grayslake Illinois. The Company name is: "Columbia Enterprises Inc." (

Just purchased from a gentleman off of Craigslist Chicago this evening, he lived in Wauconda Illinois. Putting this on now, kind of excited by this one!!! PO used it lightly, he was given it by a friend. I need to follow up with him tomorrow to have his friend give info on machine if possible. Anyway: a very beefy stout little gem of a machine. (Table size is 14 1/2" by 4") No missing parts, everything moves and operates smoothly. Came with six collates. And a bunch of cutters. This machine is beautifully made, I am guessing a model makers machine made in the 1940's A sticker in great shape at the front of the belt guard states "Timkin Bearings". A very nice toy indeed. Motor is 110 hp, machine stands just under 6 feet tall. I will be updating this listing with more picks and info hopefully. No switch; will add the "Cutler Hammer" switch to this machine tomorrow.

Not pictured yet is a door on the left side of base that is cast from aluminum. Has a round six pointed star handle, will upload a photo of this in the near future.
