Machine was purchased from a private owner who had purchased it from a school district near Philadelphia. Machine was completely rebuilt with new bearings, knives, motor and a modification made to improve the performance and life of the sealing "O" rings. A new "Delta" badge to replace the original which was MIA and the thickness gauge which was severely damaged were made.
