Comments:
I was setting up a shop for a School about 12 years ago and we found this saw in a barn on the school property, along with a Boice Crane scroll saw. I replaced the tires and the upper blade guide on the saw and after cleaning it up it worked like new. I began another job about 3 years later but went back to visit about a year ago and noticed the 2 saws were stored away. I offered him $200 dollars for the 2 saws as a joke and he said to "load em up" . I couldn't beat a deal like that.
This is the first band saw I ever used that didn't have a door to open at the top for replacing the blade. The top cover is open all around and mounted to the upper part of the saw. The blade fits around the cover and onto the tire.

Comments: The tracking is adjusted from the front of the saw. I think someone replaced an oil cup above the knob for a grease fitting
