This is currently operational at the Widrick Forest Products mill in Croghan NY.
To my knowledge it was purchased new and has been at the mill for its complete life.
"Enclosed are some pictures of my 30" drum sander. It has a 36" drum.
"I have made several changes on it because v-belts work better than flat belts I saved the original pulley's.
On it is written"Milwaukee Sander mfg Company, Green Bay Wis.
Also: American Columbia and the no. 30 in each in a different spot on the front of it. I cannot find the tag."
The dust collects underneath the machine. There is no vacuum system underneath it
"It is kind of dusty. There is a brush on the out feed side that spins and cleans the dust off the boards."
These are made available with the owners permission.
