Bought from the grandson of the original owner. Saw and GE motor date c. 1926 from data found in the VM archives. Photo is as it landed in my shop and the saw is under restoration as of June 2013. My first post to the VM site.
Edit-Oct. 2013. The saw is done, still working out some bearing bugs with the GE motor. The original paint was kept, it was in very good condition and had a nice rust patina where paint was worn to cast. Cleaned and a coating of boiled linseed oil on all the factory painted parts, the dust shoot and motor plate were repainted, flat black.
