I picked this lathe up along the way as a throw in with another machine. It's remarkable for how crude and primitive it is: poor materials, poor design and poor construction. No markings of any kind. The bed is 30" long x 1-1/2" wide; 3-1/2" swing; banjos take 3/8" posts. If it isn't clear in the photo, the pulley is wood - the spur center is the drive shaft - and the dead center is the front end of the threaded tail stock shaft.
